Fundraising

Since its inception the Association has been a registered charity and aims to look after serving soldiers, officers the welfare of The Regiment and its future members. It is also committed to helping any past or present of the Regiment as well as their families if through no fault of their own they fall on hard times.

To do this the Association depends almost entirely on with donations from individuals either in the form of an annual covenant or one off amounts. In addition we work in conjunction with other agencies such as SSAFA and the RBL as well as the Yeomanry Benevolent Fund, usually very successfully.

Decisions on how the Association operates and its income and expenditure are made by the Trustees. The current Trustees are:

All members and friends of the Association are strongly encouraged to complete a Gift Aid Form in respect of any subscription or donation that they make. Once complete the form should be sent to the Secretary who will then claim back the standard rate of income tax increasing the value your donation by 20%.
